Sometimes underwritten entitlement offers mysteriously trade just below the offer price until the offer closes. Sometimes come the time to make a decision the SP is up and retail take everything they can and the company has to ration them. I think the latter would be true in this case, but we will see.
I couldn't see who the 25 million .049 options expiring July 2025 were to be issued to. Did I miss something?
