It can pay for lawyer fees to draw up the commercial/strategic agreement..........which may include large royalty payments or large initial sum deposits......which in turn gets signed (by Vitrolife or by Heranova for example)........which in turn gets announced to the market..
Then MEM will be cashed up and ready to go commercial with Felix.
