My interpretation is that this is a new issue of shares.
Issue dates reflect new, current and forward looking timeframes......................and number of shares issued appear to reflect numbers small enough to not require shareholder approval.
I think ASX rule 7.1 allows for small issues to occur at the will of directors as long as they are below 10% or 15% of current shares on issue.
All IMO.
