    But if Peter blames shareholders for the price decline as some have suggested and it is not the result management style and decisions... then it all makes more sense, does it not? : Gut them for a few more pieces of silver. Give a lot of equity at the lows at a big discount to one's peeps: the boys one rubs shoulders with at the conferences? Shareholders just cattle after all.... just there to be culled for their meat.
