You might consider standing in front of Peter at the AGM next week & voicing your concerns in a public format. You might also consider running the company yourself i.e. you tip in $500k become the largest shareholder and then wander around the African bush chasing away artisinal miners.

The mgmt. team delivered 800koz from greenfields exploration for ~$40m = $50/oz. $280k cash for a CEO I consider a reasonable salary. Looking at the FS shows that Peter contributed more equity than he took out in wages. The July exploration campaign just didn't deliver.

In terms of the exploration; the auger campaign and structural interpretation makes sense, but CDI very patchy (lots of smoke hard to find fire). Would have liked to see some drilling in that crunchy zone north of Tchaga (red) but they were trying to get the resource up with a limited budget over a very large project area.

I like the stock but still lots of work to do hopefully they don't start chasing Li and REE as those commodities peak out.

A great reverse IPO from the Goldridge guys; 25% of MKG for a US$150k refund to Carem and A$500k in this placement.
