Just needed a bit of prodding...ie the stocks price rise made the placement stock more attractive Shortfall Stock was issued at placement price of 1.6c todays high 2.7 low now at 2.2 ..0.1 lower than anticipated but not out of the normal... Now the buyers...will want to make some big profits.... The more stock that gets taken out of the market the better ...makes rises much easier........less for big volume daytrader sellers.... Saw this happen in stocks like sya and pos
