With so many 1.6c shortfall shares on the market, its going to struggle to break past 3c let alone 7.6c without some big catalyst news.
Until then, I'm guessing it'll be a rinse and repeat of today (let the buy side build up 10-20mil+ and sell big chunks as there's no way to offload any more at once without tanking the stock)
