Yes, agreed.
At the very least, based on my basic calculation above, the price should be at least 1c if the CR is achieved and the stock is trading again. This is purely on the basis of the BPH peer comparison above. This provides a 100% uplift for those taking up the offer under the proposed deal.
But if MMR is trading again, it may be because there's been positive news on the PEP11 status. In which case, 1c might be a thing of the past.
