What's the current understanding on how mmr gets back on the road? PEP11 approval from the fed JA first, but will mmr be able to relist without an initial cap raise waiting for the price bump or will the cap raise be a perquisite?
Very interested in getting my grubby mitts on a nice chunk, so I guess I'm wondering if the cap raise will be advertised as public or for sophs.
