the only reason to list at this stage is to get a clearer market valuation of iM3NY, and hopefully see this reflected in the price of MNS.....That's not a reason to publicly list (well, not a good reason to list in my eyes).

Magnis' best option near term is to do everything it can (outside of publicly listing a company it is a majority owner for and diluting its stake before the greater market has clarity on its operations and capacity) to increase SP to 50c + and encourage conversion of options recently issued. Don't want to see another Capital raise when there is $60mill to be received in option conversions. The question is....how can they encourage this SP appreciation without prematurely diluting their interest in iM3NY?
