That is huge discount from current ASX SP
only $1.6 Oz dollar per share
not being for cash purposes make it none market sensitive
I am sure some SH felt stomach ache when first saw Ann with the tag of "Proposed issue of securities"
still better to hand them more shares than big discounted one to avoid negative sentiment of any sort
