I'm fully aware of the Osiris obligation and that no cash will be received for the issue.
You seem to miss my point that to meet this Osiris obligation, MSB BOD has delivered this great plan to issue shares directly to them, with the multiple benefits I mentioned above.
This US$20m obligation is now met without too much stress.
