For gods sake guys - get a grip.
The offer document is outlining the maximum amount of shares that could be issued if every shareholder took out the $30k allocation.
The company do not want, or need $10 million or $13 million. They need $1 million to kep the lights on while they see the deal finalized and then they should be receiving $150 million++++++.
The rights issue will be scaled back to a bare minimum - im not even going to bother subscribing.
Many here need to get a grip. Gino is doing a magnificent job for us.
