I would have thought that your Form 603 (Noticeof initialsubstantial holder) would have been released to the market before now or at the same time.
Considering you claimed here on HC to have increased your holdings to 5,000,000 shares on the 11th March, 2023, or 6.3% of the company. The 48 hours to comply with Section 671b of the Corporations Act (2001) has well and truly expired now.
Either you are in default of the CA or you lied about buying 5,000,000 shares and are manipulating the market with false or misleading information... Which is it?
