I agree. I particularly don't think the top execs deserve the kind of remuneration are getting when the company has never made a dime. They just expect handouts to keep the company afloat, but at the same time nominate large remuneration packages that hurt the bottom line.
It doesn't matter how good your tech is. If you can't sell it, it's worthless. The only thing these guys can sell is diluted shares. Shares they created after taking a % of the company I owned and resold it without compensation or permission.
Its about time we dilute some salaries.
