For "services rendered" under a "service agreement".

Who's receiving those shares? For what "services"?

Issued today and it just so happens over a million shares were loaded to sell at 4.5 before open this morning putting further pressure on the sp.....

Still a great margin when they are issued at 2.9c per share. That means who ever provided $260k of "services" just got issued $350k (an extra 35%) worth of shares and unloaded them at the expense of long term holders.

Someone should ask Roby what services this is paying for... and to WHO?
