Ann: Proposed issue of securities - MXC, page-2

I don't get it. we are lookin to raise circa AUD1,045,000 and based on my figures are giving Turner Pope Investments (if we sell all 275,000,000) shares circa $100K (10%) . And we are diluting overall shareholder value by ??? and so share price goes up. Can someone plse explain ?

7E.1b What fee, commission or other consideration is payable to them for acting as lead manager/broker?
15,000 GBP Advisory Fee;
Cash Placement fee of 6% of Placement Funds received from participants procured by the Manager; and
Placement fee of 4% of Placement Funds procured by the Manager in options over MXC shares, with an exercise of GBP
0.02

Share price have more than halved this year. In a really promising industry I think we are trying to do too many things, paying too many people too much money in too many places.
