I am a little puzzled by the NAMR (Namoi COT Rights Issue Ceases trading 21st Oct). As holders we were given our allotment (1 for 5.25) of NAMR. I have received my personalized entitlement form (accessible online) which looks like the below.
Right so I understand I can sell my rights on the ASX under NAMR ticker (this is the depth as I type).
Where I am a little confused is if I buy more rights on market does this guarantee and thus increase my entitlement amount? So say I had 100 rights at 27 Sept and I buy 100 NAMR on market .. I would then have 200 NAMR for which I can exercise the rights to be full NAM shares at 0.43$ cents by the 28th of October? I assume then my online 'form' for the rights will not dynamically update to what I am entitled to .. I simply need to add what I had prior to the start of the Rights offer with whatever I buy/sell on market. Do I have that right?
