Very rarely do i post , however I find the re-action by the market fascinating. As a long term investor who bought 5m shares for an average price of .13 cents ( I still hold the majority ). R N sale shows prudent diversification by a long term supporter of the company . The RN sale was disclosed and placed rather than drip feed into the market.
This company has now removed the variable that the shorts have recently focused on , that is , they may need cash over the next 12-18 months. The disclosed reasons for the Cap raising makes sense. One of the problems with Aust Co's is they don't take a global view and they don't SCALE globally....NEA has taken on that challenge. One of the problems with Australian " investors " is they have a hunch and buy a bunch and just as quickly bail out.
I bought more to today...time will tell.
