Before we shareholders approve the wipe out of options of 10...

Before we shareholders approve the wipe out of options of 10 cents, 17 cents and 20 cents... which are way over the value of the current share price

Management need to address sooner than later as to where the Company is at currently in term of projects and in term of Forecast Sales etc...

My understanding is also that the Directors will be issued additional shares instead of exercising options @ 10 cents for how much??

More losses accumulating to the Bottom line...
