Investee, I understand your thoughtful comments re NEU. The last para is perhaps the most important. I think the key benefit for NEU in raising more capital is increased 'Optionality'. The comparison charts of NEU (blue) with XAO (orange) speak for themselves. The capital raising should give NEU management & board additional power to execute plans that will enable long-standing SHs to exit with a fair ROI. I'd be wary if there are increases in Director's fees & Management remuneration
