Consolidate and increase the share price X 20 only to reduce it again by discounting the price by 10% to issue shares for working capital .... and all before we even list again, which by the way was meant to be 22 Oct ? lol
Well I guess you couldn't really discount the old price any further prior to consolidation given it was 0.001
From the announcement it looks like this might be the next date promised for re-listing ?

While I can appreciate we need working capital, I am not sure from past experiences it will be used wisely or to actually achieve anything sadly ........ dig up and process some gold TL and show us that the never ending dilution hasn't been for nothing ?
