Emphasis of matter – Material uncertainty relating to going concern
One would think that might explain the necessity of going for another round of money. The auditor might not have signed off on it and that would have meant suspension from Quotation. They just raised 100k and weeks later they are back for another 120k. They raise 2.5 % shares for a 30% discount. The big lobsters were not too impressed....
