By all means, but can I pose this to you. If the SP is 6c on the open market or less would you take up the spp? Imo you will essentially be giving your $$$ to Nov Direct. Do you think they are worth giving your $$ to, considering their history? For what purpose, as they have indicated, working capital! Please elaborate Nov!
90 percent down should tell you something, I know it certainly does for me.
secondly if they thought they would be cashflow positive by June and sustain some working capital from that date then what's the need for a cap raise? They know even if cash flow positive they will need $$ to pay for salaries etc after June as it won't self sustain due to the bod's digging a hole, that cannot be filled, which attributes to nothing more than greed to a point imo. Tell me what have they done for you since owning a slice? additionally look at the options strike price. Their confidence is doughnuts as a reflection of their own conviction on this stock going anywhere but south.
