Over the past six months, Novatti has commenced transformational changes within the business to streamline multiple operating units into four core divisions.
Surly if he had a backbone Peter Cook should be shown the exit door, 750k per year ( for doing what exactly)
would have a big saving on outgoings.
Plenty of other people cabable of doing his current job and probably have fresher ideas for the company going forward.
Just my humble opinion.
