I hate to tell you this, but an investment strategy where you pay a premium for a stock that is trading for less on the open market is not a winning strategy, it's emotional attachment. But hey all the best of luck to you. There is a point where you must ask yourself if it's not worth selling, then why is it worth buying.

for me, I see an allocation to risk, but if that is wasted by poor management, poor decisions and what seems to be a complete lack of control over remuneration then my first allocation is definately my last.
