The securities are being issued as cash consideration. Therefore my reading is that shares are being issued to a consultant(or other un-named) for work undertaken in driving Emtin forward for re-submission to FDA.
I take it as a strong positive indication that the price is higher than .21c!
It is also great that they are in escrow for 12 months, indicating positivity for SP in 1 year. (IMHO).
