So this week:

- shareholders have 10% of the number of shares they use to have, and
- now the company is selling shares at around half the price.

wow big week for 'shareholder value'.

ps. lets not talk about the Convertible Note conversion overhang, you know the Convertible Note that was supposed to fund the company into production but then was soaked up in administration costs and directors fees (lets save that for later).

p.s.s. or that the company keeps talking about having JORC resources, but stays well away from actually mining those resources and targets other 'unproven areas'.... hmmm
