The way I readi it: the consultant is getting 6mil options for their services that he may convert in 05/2023 to shares for 13.5c. The consultant is banking the shares will be worth more by then. These options are estimated to be worth 570,000 (discount to current SP) but the consultant does not pay it. Overall I have no problem with that.
