The way I read it: the consultant is getting 6mil options for their services that he may convert by 05/2023 into shares for 13.5c. The consultant is banking the shares will be worth more by then (e.g. shares are 30c by the end of this year, they can convert options by paying 13.5c per option and be in profit) These options are estimated to be worth 570,000 (some discount to current SP) but the consultant does not pay it yet. Overall I have no problem with that.
