Either this SEC filing was done using the prior float documents when Nova tried to commence TSX floating in 2018 or this is could be that Avi is a director of a US listed Lithium firm SLR. I believe he may still be involved.
What his consulting fees and if they are going to him... who knows but just putting this out there. This is signed alongside Avi Geller the head of Leonite Capital and director of Nova Minerals.
