I’m all for incentives and rewarding the board and staff for hard work. Tho after reviewing these so called incentive performance rights and the timing of this Ann is somewhat worrying.

The amount of shares they are wanting in return for modest targets is ridiculous. This board is throwing shares around and diluting the market whenever they please.

Mr Winton Willesee will need to provide investors with a lot more positive communication and action in regards to sales before I vote yes.

Very keen to see the 4C and still believe the future is bright. Let’s get back to a reasonable SP and see a positive deal agreed apon before rewarding this board.
