I think there are plenty of options, will just take some shareholders to all chip in and get lawyers involved. Luckily for me it’s only a couple of K worth, so not the end of the world. I am sure there are some holders about to lose 50-100k. They will be combing through all the announcements, broken promises and misleading statements from management. As well as their dodgy business dealings and family involvements. Plenty of paths to go down in relation to a class action imo. Get the popcorn ready!
