The entitlement will be over-subscribed, barring "unforeseen" delays or self-sabotage, as if nothing else, robust "stage profits" should be in the offing. My bet is on an extension!
"Morally speaking, I believe PC should've stumped up the cash, naturally on generous commercial terms, to keep the ball rolling and
