Oh my God. Seriously? 40 cents?
Good appointment then tainted by the gift of a $0.40 strike. For crying out loud, make the guy work for his remuneration in line with his appointment as a Director serving stakeholders (i.e. shareholders and raising the share price). Once again management, who have improved in so many quarters, show they are, alas like so many Boards on the ASX (who, along with ASIC and the AICD, should be setting standards for this), still muppets in giving options with literally no performance hurdles to Directors.
