Agree with much of what you say (yes, the services may be highly strategic and ultimately good value) but I see no problem with questioning such decisions, particularly when it comes so soon after the preferential placement.
Generally speaking I think management has pretty decent support on here given historical share price performance.
I wouldn't want to think that support might be eroded in a situation where these allocations become a bit of a trend.
