    "3.3million pounds acquisition will be paid by OPY scrip" (from the presentation slide)

    Assuming 1 pound = 1.85 AUD,
    3.3m x 1.8/11,247,744 shares = AUD 0.5427 per share.
    Did I calculate this wrongly???
