it truly is an odd arrangement as there is no income right now for the adviser and then, to get any income, the adviser first has to put $675,000 on the table, ie strike price now the advisor has still zero incomeLol so really it only makes money for the adviser as we move over 1c which adviser with sound mind would sign up for a deal like this?Kidder Williams?
