The administrators. Given the company is in administration it is up to the administrators to get the best deal possible for the creditors. With luck there will be something left for the current shareholders, but I suspect not a huge amount.

There is some good news in this announcement - the ASX listing fees have been paid.

“Amount raised will be used for working capital purposes (including ASX Listing Fee payment) while Oventus Medical Limited (In Administration) works on a recapitalisation strategy with a view to returning value to shareholders.”
