So from reading previous announcements over their it seems identical to OVT..... CLEE capital has their nose deep in the trough there too, 6% fee to do a CR which them and friends end up being the profitor from no doubt. continually doing CR's on these struggling companies is one hell of a money spinner. You would think they would waiver some of these fees considering they have invested and want to see the companys do well.
