Hi Claire,
I'll add to the discussion that although it would be prudent for the company to have the IP valued, I wouldn't expect that to be made public as it would be commercially sensitive. Useful for the purpose of negotiations so we have some idea if an offer is reasonable, but not to be shared across the bargaining table or with the wider market.
