Not much of a discount at $5.15 for the SPP which is not large anyway at $10M. Still it shows strength of co as is only listed funeral co at least until Invocare maybe comes back to ASX after PE has done their thing.
As far as SPP goes my guess it that given the acquisition path co has adopted they will keep over subscriptions so I will not worry too much about scalebacks.
