I tend not read this type of document because generally boring and the company is going to do whatever it likes
Luckily today I'm a bit pissed off with work so I had a read
PGY is issuing shares to various persons as part payment for services rendered
So the first observation is how is the issue of free shares not price sensitive - it creates share dilution for existing shareholders - not price sensitive?
Second PGY has issued the following shares
2,444,700 to MICHAEL LONERGAN
124,764 to BASIS COMMERCIAL PTY LTD
1,072,625 to CATE FRIELANDER
418,502 to GEOVISION EXPLORATION SERVICES PTY LTD
1,722,776 to WATSON NO 1 PTY LTD
1,264,261 to MIRO CAPITAL PTY LTD
Just looking at MICHAEL LONERGAN simply because he is on top of the list
At today's SP of 1.9 cents he will receive 2,444,700 shares value = $46,449.30
That's a tidy sum and to receive it in shares rather than cold hard cash is a gamble or not?
He's the top earner, posters can do their own calculations for the others
I feel better now
