Neither stock has a particularly strong asset base. That is not what they are selling. The balance sheet is only relevant in that it shows how long each company can sustain their current operating losses. I think timing it helped IOU, it has hit a hot market. Revenue is what will ultimately determine the success of each company and you could argue PILs looks a little stronger. The next few quarterly's will be interesting. IOU looks a little overdone to me.
