This stock has a very small market cap and is held pretty tightly by 5 to 10 holders who I imagine are pretty well informed. The key management positions are held by two brothers who also hold a significant stake in the company. Their interests are strongly aligned with the shareholders and salaries are modest, they don't appear to be gilding the lily, but, if you spent an extended amount of time unlisted questions are going to asked. If you don't fit into the groups above you rely on the limited information being released which is unlikely to provide comfort.

The helm is controlled by those who have the most invested, to make a change you'd have to buy them out. They are afloat, revenue is growing. I think time will tell pretty quickly if they are the right people.
