You have my interest now, these long-term sleepers are something I do enjoy playing, and now seeing what you have found i am almost convinced it will resume trading in a somewhat bullish manner.

Someone mentioned the stock as being very thinly traded over the years which seems to be correct after looking at the chart, combine that with the majority of the top 20 being connected in some shape or form things start to become more than interesting.
I did try and do a little digging on the IOU thread but it seems no one there is aware of any solid connection between backers of PIL and the backers of IOU which suggests any connection has been held close to the chest.
