The options would be part of Aidan Montague’s remuneration for his consultancy service. Think of it as a performance bonus, the more successful Bizmoto becomes and the share price pushes higher, the more attractive it becomes for Aidan to pay for those options and they become fully paid shares.
Aidan was hired to help drive the growth of the Bizmoto platform and I think it’s a very fair deal for all concerned.
