As approved by the Board, executives elected that 70% of their vested FY20 Short Term Incent being paid in Company shares.
Not a bad thing. Executives receiving shares rather than cash. Discount to market is large but otherwise I prefer executives receive bonus/incentive in shares rather than cash.
