I called them Friday.
I have the rights listed under Corporate Actions but when I click on the ‘I’ next to the entry it comes up with nothing to display. They informed me that they can see it when they simulate as me but are not sure why I can’t see it. They told me the problem has been reported and they are looking into it.
I am going to try again on Tuesday and see if it is resolved.
They also told me, that if its not resolved when the due date approaches, another department are able to process it for us. As we have until January 11 there is no hurry, so I will give them time to fix it.
