Best to call your super fund and get it sorted. Remember, Macquarie as underwriter will be able to take up those who do not take their entitlements, and if Macquarie don't take all of those, Aust Super get's another crack on any remaining.
Allowing the instos to partake in more entitlements should hopefully be enough motivation for you, just saying....
